My name is Amith T T. I am from New Mahe, Kerala. I had booked a bullet 350 bike on October 2020 from Sharpline Automotive LLP, Royal Enfield dealer located in Thalassery, Kerala, by paying an amount of Rs. 10000. In February 2021 I cancelled my order. I had received an sms also regarding the confirmation of cancellation of my bike. I was told that the refund would be completed within 45 days. Even after two months time I hadn't received my refund amount. Hence I called the sales executive and asked her when I would get my money. She replied that the cheque is not ready since their General Manager is not at place at that time. I tried to call her again after a few days but the call was not reaching. At last I went in person to the show room and then I got a reply that their General Manager is not at their place so that the signature in the cheque can not be done. I was also told that they would contact me when their manager become available. I replied him that I can go and get his signature but the executive refused it. I asked them to transfer it through internet banking but they told that they don't do online transfer. Kindly do the needful sir. Once the order is cancelled, they are making us fools. Copy of the invoice for the order is attached here with. Please please help me. Kindly note sir, I have contacted them many times regarding this issue yet it is not solved. I don't know what you do now.
