Am Irfan Sheriff from Ooty, Tamil Nadu. I had booked a Royal Enfield Himalayan at MR motor which is located in Ooty. For booking they asked me to pay Rs. 10000/- as account of advance. As every Royal Enfield the amount of advance I'll be refunded if the showroom is not able to deliver on time, even the manger of MR Motor confirmed me about the refund process. The show metioned above was not able to deliver me with my booking I had taken deliver of the same vechile in a showroom located at Chennai. Now I have applied for refund FROM MR MOTOR on 16 Nov 2021. Sales executive's of the MR MOTOR OOTY said the amount I'll be refunded within one month. But it's been more than one month and still I haven't received any refund from the showroom side. I request you to take it up as a serious complaint as the showroom is not even responding properly. And I have been facing this problem. I had to travel around 100 Km to enquire about the refund status, still I haven't got any proper response from their side. 10000 is not a simple amount to keep on hold this may take to a good amount of interest per day. I had faced a losses of Rs. 5000/- ins enquiring this. You should understand what I have undergone due the carelessness of a horrible showroom. This is really disgusting from such a famous company.
