Royal Enfield — Regarding my bullet electra 350 | |||
Hi, Veh no- KA-51-HK-3894 This is KIRAN KUMAR M located in Bangalore, Karnataka.. I had a complaint against Royal enfield service centre Ecity motors near kudlugate. 1.5yrs back I bought the electra vehicle in same showroom. 13/01/21 I've given my vehicle to the same showroom due to which I met with the small incident on 12/01/21 in which my vehicle headlight doom got damaged and handle was little tight. On 13th I gave my vehicle to showroom in which they informed fork bend is there it has been to removed and Repaired and headlight doom has to be replaced and service due was there in which that too Completed and delivery taken on 16/01/21 at that time km was 9028, after taking delivery of the vehicle I left my vehicle in home and went out of station after three days when I was going to my office I saw handle was cross and again I went to showroom they made it straight and given to me on same day, after completing 200km last week on Sunday while I was driving from my office to home at 12pm near kudlugate gate circle u turn at 60kmph speed my front brake disc got suddenly breakdown and it was not all working I was about to hit a swift car, by God graces I handled it with the back brake. Monday I wasn't in town When I returned to showroom by the brake failure vehicle on Tuesday it was closed, they're telling me to drive the same vehicle to koramangala showroom or bommasandra showroom without sense, some how I managed to bring the vehicle on Wednesday service advisor Nandeesh handled my vehicle and Pramod service manager also he was present, it is clear cut that the front brake hose pipe got damaged only after removing the fork and didn't fitted it properly due to which it got twisted and damaged, while removing the fork they've removed the front brake caliper with hose pipe and kept it aside without taking care of that, while finishing the fork work they've not rooted it properly in which it clearly represent in the below attached imaged loosely fitted brake pipe hanging. While I was explaining this too them they're not even listening it and service manager pramodh was telling us if you want put a mail to [protected]@royalenfield nothing will happen we can't replace the brake hose pipe at our own cost. This isn't the first problem with my vehicle there are 3major problem with my vehicle in which it got reflected just after 2months of buying the vehicle Carburettor issue New battery issue Jerking issue Below battery rusting issue I'm wexed with this vehicle I need a solution atleast for the brake issue atleast trusting you guys.
