Dear sir/madam, I have booked meteor 350 on 23/12/21 with 10k advance earlier they gave tentative date on 8/03/22 but no response from sales as well as customer experience team, after long follow up they have promised the delivery on 20/03/22 but again no response and not recieved the calls. Once the sales team picked the call you will get response that 'soon it will deliver sir' but no timeline nothing, infact they only don't know when it will deliver after again so many follow up calls now they given one more date that is coming 20th 20/04/22. I'm not expecting my advance here i need my bike. If the delivery takes time they have to inform while making advance payment. I have lost my precious 4 months still counting for the day! I need my bike within 20th of this month or else i need 1:5% refund that is 50k of compensation for my precious time that was wasted, mental stress they have given and emotion they played!
I'm expecting your immediate action here please.
