Royal Enfield — Royal Enfield Classic 350 Poor Quality | |||
Dear Sir, I bought a new classic 350 bike from royal enfield in July 2016. Now it has covered a distance of 7200 km. 2 days before when i was riding the bike, there found some slippage in chains with sound and when checked it was found that 25 teethes of sprocket (rear side) found in broken condition. I bought this bike for Rs 1, 45, 000 and for this cost it should give some minimum life to its parts. I think the low cost bikes available in the market will give more life to parts than this. Such a worst service, they dont even mind what i am saying, do the work perfectly. please tell your authorised dealer of royal enfield 'abc motors' perinthalmanna, malappuram, kerala, india, to fulfill the satisfication of the customers or other wise shut down the service centre, down bring down the brand name royal enfield among the customer.
