Ref: Job card no.10974 Regn No. TN63 AT2535 Need to file complaint against the karaikudi service center, I had send my bike for servicing initially they said one of the spare parts costing around Rs400 spoiled after 2 days they said need to replace the whole carperator assembly then I was questioning what was your initial troubleshooting findings for that the service manager said we took the carperator assembly from another vehicle and tested, i told them this is illegal you can’t do that for that the service manager talking very rude. I had escalated the matter to [protected]@gmail.com but no response received. I need proper explanation regarding this matter. Kindly take action.
