Royal Enfield — Rust tunning and engine sounds like crockery clashes

Rust on my bike as its only 3 month old and the bike has issue in gear shifting since day 3 but the service provider was waiting for the first service and it was done though but never splved my issue and the tunning is also not done before the gave me the bike its a shame
