This is CSV Vamsi Chaitanya, i have purchased Royal Enfield Scram 411 Skyline Blue on 15th of JUNE 2022 in Hyderabad from Jayashree Motors dealer. now I'm facing an engine misfiring issue with this bike. its less than 60 days i have bought this vehicle and now my bike has returned to the work shop. this is a complete failure of designing a product from your side. any product that comes out from your side has to under go a complete Quality Check before delivering to the customer.
yesterdays at 9.00AM i was traveling in the city, suddenly my bike stopped in between of the traffic and struggled to start engine ignition, repeated engine misfired and completely stopped . so i have call to the Royal Enfield Road Side Assistance the technician has arrived and suggested that the bike need to be taken to the nearest workshop for the further update on the issue.
So i have waited again an hour for the towing vehicle and finally some how i have manage to reach the nearest workshop i.e. Royal Enfield Sanath nagar service center.
the service incharge checked the bike and told me that it would take time for that issue but the Time cant be estimated at that the right moment, so he took a day i.e. 24 hours of time and today morning they had informed me that it will take minimum a week time to resolve the issue.
See this is the quality of your product. lot of the people trust you as the best so they buy your product but you (Royal Enfield) are making your customers as fools.
I am rising the complaint as I'm completely dis-satisfied with your product and your service as well. I'm expecting my bike to return on road in this week. I hope it comes with good condition in return. other wise I'm going to file a case against You (Royal Enfield) and we shall meet in Consumer Court.
