I Bought classic 350 in 2014, Completed 13000 kms till date .
During the second free service at Nagole service center HYDERABAD, i complained about A LOUD Cracking Metal Sound From The Engine, While Having A Cold Start . I Have Complained The Issue At himaythnagar Service center also, Including Where I Did Three Of My Services ( Nagole Hyderbad). They Had The Reply As It Is Common For UCE Engines, Especially For Classic 350.
As the noice had become unbearable and irritable, I Checked With RE Service Center Himayatnagar And The Mechanic Replied As, The Issue Can Be Corrected By Changing A Bearing Inside The Engine.
This Is The Real Mind Cracking Part . They Could Have Done It For Free, But Since My Bike Crossed 10K, .
Now Since My Bike Crossed 10K ( At Present 13, 090 Km Approx), I Find It Extremely Suffocating Since I Have Been Complaining About It For A Pretty Long Time, And They Truly Misguided My Consciousness. And Fooled me all these days
It Would Be Great, If You Find Time To Give A Proper Check While Manufacturing These Kind Of Core Parts.
And please do inform the sales executives to say the list of problem which can be faced before selling the bike ...
And please stop saying Damages occur due to incorrect driving or riding habits.If so please take a test drive from the consumer and sell the bike ..
