Royal Enfield — Service Complaint- Rajendra Automobile - Dindigul - TN59 BP4750

Dear Sir,

I am writing this mail with the very unhappy and worst service rendered by Rajendra Automobile - Dindigul. During the service time even I was told several times your service are very poor now a day I thought why I was preferred RE- Bullet.

For the last 10 years, my dream is to buy a RE bullet and I was fulfilled in 2017.

Last three year I have not gone to the very worst service form your team RE. This time I felt very bad about why I was chosen for the RE dindigul service station. Due to my bike safety and security, I was never given my bike outside the service station.

Team Rajendra Automobile - Dindigul screwed my happiness well.

Issue on vehicle post service

1, Dealer Service staff and cash counter staff were not accepting my digital payment and card payment and they forced me to pay only by cash and the card accepting machine was repaired for more than a month. Biggest worst part is they will arrange a person who will take me to the ATM to withdraw the cash. Since due to this pandemic time we are all majorly avoiding the cash transaction.

2, I left my bike for service at the time I was request the staff to drop me near dindigul bus stand, They convey due to pandemic we don’t do that service .But to collect the cash how your management allow the a person to withdraw a cash from the ATM.I need a clear explanation.

3, Hence I told I will make the payment post the EDC get serviced, they threaten me that if I am not paying the cash will be penalized for RS100/- for each day for my bike as standing rent. Finally I paid and took my vehicle through the IMPS mode only.

4, They never informed me about the payment mode on the job card raised and they told me that no water wash will be rendered because of the HO mail received that doesn't do the water wash to any vehicle and another staff says the water wash gun got repaired.

5, Till today they have not given me the service bill and I asked several time, They told me they will send it by what up. Last 15 year of my experience I have never undergone such a worst situation of paying the bill without any knowledge of the bill I am paying……..

6, My wondering part is whether they raised the bill for water wash or not……………

7, Post servicing I took my bike to palani on 20th june at the end of the day my bike battery was dead .What PDC check happened for my bike was ….Battery was in dead condition on the next day.

8, My bike handle bar was a little bent- They forced me to change the bike handle bar because I will get shoulder pain – Now it was not properly fitted and I was unable to view the back side mirror.

9, Left side foot rest was not properly the same as was captured in the job card – Still the issue was not resolved.

10, Pre-servicing my bike neutral light and head light was working now it was not working post the service.

Worst customer retention and service...

Since I was using only Authorized service center / service desk

In future me and my entire team will look for other brands... because of the worst service.

Even if there is no satisfaction call and no proper attendance by the relationship executive.

Hence I was paid 2850 k as a service charge????

Team...please look into that otherwise you might get reputation loss.
