I gave my RE classic 500 vehicle (PY01CT0520) which had front damages in a minor accident for service in Pondicherry Rooster automobiles, karuvadikuppam branch on 20.02.21. The service centre has assured me to service the vehicle in 10 days. Around one month has gone. Till now they have not returned my vehicle. Daily thery are saying that the spares are not arrived. Very poor response from service advisor. I have planned to move to consumer court against this abnormal delay and agony caused to me.
