Royal Enfield — service regarding issue | |||
I have bullet classic 500cc with me. I am from rohtak and i have submitted my vehicle hr 12 t 8602 with badhwar agency in rohtak on 7/9/2017 for servicing. I have mentioned all my vehicle's problem in job card. On the same day i got a call from agency that ur vehicle is ready. When i approached there they told me that sir test drive need to be conducted, u have to collect it tomorrow. Next day i. E on 8/9/2017 i got a call at around 11 a. M that my vehicle is ready, i again approached their but after enquiry i came to know that the service manager has not even referred job card while servicing. The main problem with my vehicle is leakage of fuel, this is the main reason behind servicing. This is such a shame for a reputed company like royal enfield. One more thing i hv submitted my feedback on same day i. E 8/9/2017 To the supervisor on feedback form. They not even submitted the feedback to upper authority. I am also attaching the photo of feedback that i have taken on 8/9/2017. This behavior is truly unsatisfactory and only be called as a blackspot for such a reputed company. I hope that company would cater this matter seriously and continuous customer harassment is very unfortunate.
