The worsest customer experience.

People working here are least bothered about customers feeling who are visiting them with lot of expectations.

Irresponsible Sales team. No timely follow up for timely delivery of vehicles. No files maintained customer wise separately. We have made advance payment on the first day of visit and balance amount was paid within one week. Our vehicle was delivered after two month time that also after lot of fights with them.

Prior to order of the vehicle, every-other day I was receiving call from their end. Once vehicle ordered and payment done, no calls from their end. Then we have to be in back of them to get our vehicle as if it is only our necessity.

Employees have no knowledge about latest rules and regulations. Charges excess of Rs. 11, 000/- against insurance from us. As per latest rule, insurance can be done only for 1 year but their quotation is charging it for 5 years. We got back our money after lapse of 6 months that also frequent follow-up from our end. Otherwise they wouldn’t have ever returned the amount.

The employees sitting there simply sit and chat among themselves. We were asked to come to showroom for taking delivery of the vehicle at 3.00 pm but vehicle was not ready for delivery. It was informed that the vehicle has gone for water-wash to their service centre and water is not there that is why delay is happening. Literally we have to fight with the people present there and we were handed-over the keys after 2 hours idly sitting in the showroom.

At-least we would have made 100 calls and visited there showrooms 50 times to take delivery of the vehicle and take a refund of the amount charged excess by them.

Only the person who is taking care of RTO formalities was bit responsive . We got the RC and vehicle nameplates after 3-4 weeks (almost 1 month)

It is a humble request to those who are planning to purchase a vehicle from this showroom, PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. Please visit a showroom which is customer-friendly and quickly taking action.

Mr Manoj - Ex-showroom personnel who left the job
Mr Arun- He himself approached us during our visit to the showroom on[protected] to place order. He committed extended warranty and crash guard basic- Still no action taken
Mr Reni Babu- Showroom sales executive. Simply cheat with his chatting.
Mr Selvakumar- GM- Incapable to manage a team. Don’t have a courtesy to either pick-up the call or reply back on time. Really least bothered about customer’s reviews.

I feel pity on myself that why I have not gone through reviews before visiting this showroom. Most of the customers are highly dissatisfied with their experience.

Royal Enfield is requested to kindly take into consideration customer’s reviews and take necessary action against the officials working here.
