Royal Enfield — Showroom owner lie then says its what company tells us to say | |||||
Greetings sir/ma'am On 5th march i bought my Third classic bike but like always faced some problems by your representatives (showroom owner Kays Motor gujrawala Town New Delhi). AND today is 12th MARCH but no solution yet, Kindly take some responsible step towards showrooms Royal enfield is a Big Name and they are ruining it at their Best. They says things that this or that is company norms. Monika told me that you will get helmet (which was on bike) but after payment is fully paid they backedoff and said sorry we cannot give this helmet because it is for sale. I request you to tell me if helmet is for sale so why did they put it on bike not in helmet display selling counter. Honestly i feel so disappointed because my father was with me and they felt NO SHAME how to behave with 67 year old man. They lie in starting that we will give this or that and after payment is fully paid they Changes their perspective for their own benifit.
