Royal Enfield — Sold Rejected/Faulty/Defective and Worthless Royal Enfield Classic 350 Bike | |||||
Firstly i was looking for the Classic 350 Maroon.I have searched in the RE forum and got that it is banned.I have checked the same with showroom people(Sanjay and Mathew). But firstly they told it is banned and after some time told Royal Enfield classic 350 Maroon(Faulty/Defective/Rejected/Returned but not revealed) is available and recently their manager booked and cancelled and they suggested me if you want early delivery go with the bike. We will deliver you within 15 days. So i asked clearly that if everything is ok with the bike then only i will go with the bike or else i will go for some other colour. But they confirmed everything is ok with the bike.I did the booking Royal Enfield classic 350 Maroon. After 1 month frequent following showroom people told to deposit the rest amount and said your bike came. So I deposited the pending total amount on the spot and signed necessary form.On the Bike delivery day(June 9th 2016) they haven't given Chain guard, tool kit, Side lights are not working, No spare key, number board bent. Period : 8500Kms and Recently completed 4 months and 4th service yet to be done. Issues Facing : 1.Gear Shift Problem 2.Air Filter problem 3.Nuts getting off 4.Wheel alignment issue 5.Mileage drop 6.Weak shock absorbers 7.Pickup Issue 1.Shifting From 3, 4, 5 To 2 Or First. When I Ride 50-60 Speed If I Get Speed Breaked I Try To Control My Speed And Have To Shift Gear From 4, 3 To 2 Or 1 That Time It Go To Unknown Neutral It Is Either In 3-4 Middle .. Need To Stop Bike Move Back And From Check Change Gear Try To Move 1st Gear And Move On. 2.After the 1st service air filter got damaged and for me it's required to change. 3.For every 150km ride minimum 2 nuts are getting off from the silencer/mud guard/filter box.I am repeatedly experiencing this problem.Don't why the heck for the new bike it happens and it has never happened to my friends bull. 4.Since Last 2-3 services Improper Wheel Alignment Issue Is Being Faced Frequently and Front Wheel Wobbling Issue Also Faced. 5.I'm getting less mileage of 28 with the speed of 60-65 average.Even i have complainted to the service engineers during servicing but of no use and covering saying bike is drawing average mileage. 6.Absorbers are Already Rusting and in humps feeling like hell. 7.From 2nd service onwards pickup got down drastically. I have gone to the showroom and complainted on the above points and said we will raise the same in RE forum.For that showroom employee(Mathew) are not ready to accept their mistake and replying the most complainted showroom is teknik morots and it doesn't matter for them. After that showroom people say keep the bike for 1 week and they will get it done.But 1 week later i've started facing the same problems repeatedly. Now I feel I've been cheated very badly by above mentioned people and got a defective bike.I would like to replace the entire bike or want my money refunded(1, 56000).I expect positive & quick reply about the same as company's reputation is on the line here.This is the 3rd time.i'm facing the same problem in my bike.It's clear that it is defective piece and i have proof for the same, i wouldn't mind lodging a complaint if required.i want results at the earliest.
