Royal Enfield — Sometimes Self and horn switch is not responding | |||
Respected sir/madam : I bought a new royal Enfield from kazhakuttom royal Enfield showroom but the bike is not responding to self and horn after 1 week of purchasing i went to services center and tell the complainant i am facing . The service executive told me that it was a battery issue next service we will replace battery. Then i say ok . I wil wait. Then keep patience for the next service . After 1 or 2 month the next service time arrive then i went and tell the service executive the issue at that time they are telling me that bettey is out of stock so they can't anything . They ask me to wait until second service . Then i say ok i can wait but i will definitely clear the issue what ever it is. Then they say .ok we will. And wait for 5 month again after that second service time has arrived . Then i went to the service centre and repted to tell the same issue i havebeen . But now they are telling me that the battery condition is ok. If you have the issue again we can replace the battery. I don't know what is happening to royal Enfield service centre they treat customer as a fool and also they are not will to resolve my complainant . It was a wrost experience from the side of royal Enfield. I am totally unhappy with the company and the service . Warranty they provide is just a name. Please 🙏 don't fall in traps.
