Royal Enfield — TB350 battery is getting discharged even after servicing | |
This is regarding the service that was done on 26-12-20. Invoice no:INV011402CD01999 JOB CARD:RJC011402CD02218 Reg No:KA53-EV-2040 Complaint: battery is getting discharged. Invoice attached. When I approached to Jagadamba Automobile with above complaint. They have checked and told they need time to access the vehicle and its wiring.I left my TB 350 at service station and came back.They hv called me on the evening and told the person incharge is on holiday will get back asap. Next day they called me and said they found the problem, its due to cables are cut from multiple places near the handle[8 places].You have two options either go for full assembly replacement or get it repaired. I asked them to chk the feasibility and check wht RPM is coming with both the cases. After cable repair its coming near to 12 to 12.5 so I asked them to replace with new Assembly. They did and before delivering the bike I asked them to share the rpm readings we are getting, they shared the pics of RPM with new assembly and was around 13 to 13.5. It must be 14rpm. But they defended that battery is old, thats the reason its showing this much only.To get the full rpm please replace the battery.I said ok. Again battery got dischared completely in two day by 31/12/20 .I made a call and make them aware about the situation through whts app. The person replied that is due to old battery issue, since I dont have any other option but to agree with them. Due to lockdown batteries are not available in the market, once the battery was available I changed it immediatly but here comes the surprises, issue remains the same.With new battery the rpm is not even 13? I have shared the pick with them immediately but till today I have not received the feedback. The problem was not battery, problem is reverse charging is not happeing. Because of that not only I have to replace my old battery but faced lots of trouble as bike is ideal from almost one month. Now my new battery also on high risk. Question: Even if battery is weak can it be drained in 2 days with full recharge. Why the service charges are almost equal to component replaced?? 2) Along with above issue I have asked them to do general service as well..they have not done it properly.Clutch was tight, Chain lubrication wasnnot done properly, greasing is also not done on major parts like wheels and other places.They broke the side stand nut now I have to visit to lathe machine shop to get it removed . Today I hv only option to use main stand only. Action required: A)I want my problem to be addressed immediately with pick up and drop. B)I want my full refund of service charges and action against the service centre so they do not do such mistakes which leads to too much problem to customers. Was this information helpful? | |
