Dear Sir/Madam,
I have given my bike service to SRI VENKATESWARA BIKE ZONE No:27, Mylai Balaji Nagar, Velachery Main Road, Pallikaranai, Chennai-600100.
My thunder bird-350 is a 10months old bike it ran around 14000kms while giving it for service.I told to service center guys that i have problem with chain sound, horn not working, indicator not working, button start(self start).They said everything will be fine after service, next day i have taken my bike to home after service paid around rs.1700 only indicator and horn problem got solved other two problems not solved.I got heavy noise from my chain sprocket after 15kms, again same day evening i have given my bike to same service center and told about the problem, they said it'll be resolved within 24hrs of time but it took 3days time for them to analyse the exact problem and after they said i have to change my chain sprocket it cost around rs.2400 for me, then they changed my chain sprocket and i paid for that then i took my bike back to home after two days of time i got a problem with my self start. again they missed to resolve my self start issue now they are telling i have to pay for self start spare parts and labour charge for the concern complaint.i have told everything on the first time itself but they made me to visit their service center 3times in 10 days.I have spend around rs4000 and still my problem persists only my money and energy got wasted.During the 3rd time visit the service center owner angry on me and without answering my queries he left the place i was standing and arguing like a stupid.
It's just 10months old bike, why my parts not covered by the warranty and why everything gets fault within short period of time.Please take this in to high priority and do some needful to me.rasie this issue against Royal enfiled please. Was this information helpful? |
