I would like share my concern about my New Royal Enfield Thunder bird 350. It is not even a Month since i owned my bike and only thing i am doing is visiting your service station once in 3 days I am hurt by the service RE offers, I wrote to your customerservice Mail ID, I got response but Hardly anything was done about it;I am dishearten to know that RE provide such poor support, Bike never fell nor did meet with an accident, I took care of it like a baby and still Angel Light just fell off; and the chronic whistle noise is never fixed, I hear lame excuse like such issues are common, , please note I paid 1.66L of hard earned money . Please respect my concern and feelings. I am really hurt by the way RE treat customers; I have followed every instruction to maintain my bike and as a reward i get this ..
