I got delivery of a Thunderbird 350cc on 24th September 2015 from Sairam Autocraft, Mahadevpura, Bangalore. On the very next day, while riding, the bike started giving strange sound. The bike ceases to switch off even after turning the key to OFF position and burning smell also came.
I took the bike to CVS motors, Palace road, and they identified the issue as faulty relay cable. It caused the battery to drain completetly. This happened the very next day and the bike has only traveled 28 km. CVS motors did not have new battery with them.
I contacted my dealer(Sai ram autocraft) and after so much persuasion he bought a relay cable and battery and fixed on my bike. They told that they took them from another bike.
I asked them to replace the faulty cable and the battery with a new one since it is a brand new vehicle and the incident occurred on the very next day.
The sales person is not listening and I mailed customer service and no reply from there also. The sales person asked me to come to the showroom on sunday and when I reached there he was not present and he switched off his phone.
This is my first bike and the behaviour of concerned people has caused lot of humiliation and mental torture. Was this information helpful? |
