I visited KPM Motors Service CENTER Udaipur Rajasthan today after taking a prior appointment yesterday morning and the staff was having a very long management meeting and was told to wait outside the workshop. The appointment was 09:30-10:00hrs. After they wind up with their meeting, the first inspection started something around 10:20hrs and the supervisor and me were exchanging conversations and the floor manager jumped out of nowhere and started saying pointless things with utter unprofessionalism and attitude which has made no sense because when you don't ### know something and yet arguing about it and yet not accepting he's wrong. Well, unprofessional because, this probably pissed him off and all the vehicles that came after me got a place on the rack for service and my bike (with a prior appointment, reached on time) was still parked outside. At 12:00hrs i decided, rather than losing my patience and temperament, it's better to take the vehicle to some other workshop rather than this ### crappy workshop.
I don't wonder why everyone come here and starts shouting at the staff with the problems they are encountering after service. They literally deserve this.
I really want to know from Royal Enfield whether after making someone your representative, have you ever had checked upon the centres whether they are fulfilling their responsibility of an authorised service centre or doing jack ### job of a road side mechanic??
I would anticipate a reply to this query on either the email or handheld or address as asked in below tabs or, I'll have to further escalate the issue to higher authorities or on consumer FORUM. Was this information helpful? |
