Royal Enfield — Very long delay in delivery and keeping customer uninformed | |||
On the 19th of November 2020, I Placed an order for Interceptor 650 glitter and dust in a Madurai showroom "Classic motors". now it has been 8 months and people who ordered later than me, got their bikes and I'm still pending. the company has not contacted me or gave me the status of my bike. every time i am the one to call for the past 8 months. The maximum waiting time for the bike is 4 months only. i reached out to Royal Enfield customer service which turned out useless. This bike has always been a dream to me from the day it launched. but here i am still waiting, depressed due to the company's poor response. I just want my bike.
