This is the worst experience I had from Royal enfield showroom BTM Bangalore after receiving the new bike within a 8 days the main two screws with connects the mudguard has not be torqued so I myself fixed and when I took the bike to the service and said the complaint they've charged me for tightining of grab rail ..I just need to know how can showroom guys deliver such kind of vehicle without inspection ? that too without torquing the main screws. Was this a production fault or it was showrooms fault.. worst experience. I can share the video as well ( video is lengthy not able to attach )
The guy who installs side mirror asks additional money for installing mirrors during delivery of new bike.
The guy who installs number plate asks additional money for installing number plate and its screws.
