Respected Sir/Ma’am
This is regarding to the service of my vehicle Royal Enfield Classic 350 bullet. I have just recently gave bullet in service last week as it was service due date, I personally went there and ask to give a best service to all the problems i was facing regarding my vehicle and have also mentioned each and every point to the service man there.
Firstly respected senior I had buy a new bullet from New Chandra Motor vehicle Jamnagar Hapa showroom. At the time pf buying there was a bit fault in bullet petrol tank which was only colour fault it got faded in just a week then after asking this at showroom they asked to give me solution as soon as they can but they couldn’t and i also didn’t asked for the same again as it was not major fault. Secondly there was problem in engine parts which I just came to know about it in 2019. So I complained about it and asked for solution. At that time they gave me estimate of total of Rs. 7000 approximately. Then also till now the only service of my vehicle is been done there only at showroom New chandra bullet workshop only but they are not taking care of vehicle
As my point is when I gave bullet for service in last week they just did service gave estimate of 2400 an I gave the payment of it and made it clear. Its just been a week from today There is big issue of self start in my bullet and when goin there they told that there is again estimate of 5000 for new self n service
My question is sir if I had given for service previous week and mentioned all points to make my vehicle perfect how in just one week it can be a big fault?? Did they just washed my vehicle and provided me or I don’t know.
By this they are losing customers and not giving the proper services.
I would request you to please take a watch and ask then why in just one week any vehicle can be damaged internally when serviced from authorised centre showroom
