Royal Enfield — Worst Service from Chennai Anna Nagar Southern Motors

I have Black Classic 350 Bike purchased on Feb-2014 and my bike silencer mask and wheel rim was rusted and become dull in 3 months. I have given to the Chennai Anna Nagar Southern Motors service center. They told in a week time we will replace the parts. but after six months they are doing anything for this Issue. More Over my bike battery gone it has been taken back by service center guys they told we will replace it in 3 days, but now 3 months gone still they have not replaced so im not able to start my bike from past 3 months. When i ask them they are not responding me properly.
Please help to get this issue resolved. i drove only 6k KM for almost pone year due to these issues.
