Rr Enterprises — Wrong product delivered — fraud done with me

It is to inform you that we placed order to you. Our order no. Is ftr8118 and ftr8097 dated 22nd april 2016 and we have received the wrong and defective items against both the order.

We have received nokia 1110 instead on samsung mobile and the memory card is also not working. This is fraud case and you have misguided us and even the given contact no. Is not traceable and no return address is mention on the invoice.

Now i request you to please send the correct material or refund the amount paid otherwise we have to go to consumer court.
