RTO India — Hit and run /Rash Driving

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was crossing Dahisar east Signal towards mira road after crossing checknaka and there was also slow moving traffic
@9.13am Sharp, the next lane car ( mahindra suZ ) Cut the lane dashed my car on the left side and Ran, i was trying to stop him by giving horn.
but with a speed of more than 80Km/hr he ran with over taking the other vehicles.

kindly take action against him i will send the car photo taken from my car
