RTO India — Jugnoo drivers taking double fare i. e. money deducted from mobikwik wallet but driver refused and l paid fare by cash also. | |||||
Sir From last one month l faced three cases of cheating by jugnoo drivers. I always do my jugnoo auto fare payment from mobiwik wallet but three jugnoo drivers refused that they didn't received wallet payment so please pay by cash. Money was deducted from mobiwik wallet but they told that it will be refunded but we accept only cash payment. On 15 october l rided with sanjay ahuja and fare of rupees 140 was deducted but he told that jugnoo is not giving wallet payment in time so please give me cash so l paid rupees 140 cash also. When l contacted jugnoo customer care they refunded 68 rupees but they have to refund 140 rupees. Jugnoo representative informed that driver has not taken any cash payment. Jugnoo representative are not available at their customer care number. Again two more incidences happened when jugnoo driver took cash payment and money was deducted from mobiwik wallet also. There are many cases of cheating in indore by jugnoo drivers and jugnoo is not taking any action against it. Please help me to get my money back which was deducted from my mobiwik account as jugnoo drivers forced me to pay by cash.
