Rto - K R Puram Bangalore — RC BOOK DELIVERY DELAY

I have submitted all papers and paid required fees for transfer of 2-wheeler RC book from Koramangala RTO to K.R. Puram RTO for motor cycle KA01 EX-3316, under which I reside. This was done on 12.3.2015. Acknowledgement stated document will be sent by Speed Post within 30 working days. But so far I have not received the same from RTO K.R. Puram. It is one month and 4 days since my submission of the RC book for transfer. It takes one day to go and enquire at the RTO office - can you please help?
