S P, Traffic Office, Sector 14-A Noida — challan against my car after 3.5 months

Dear sir/madam,

I received one message for challan against my car on 28.01.2020 and challan date was 08.10.2019 and i have to pay challan amount 2000/- against challan.
Destination has mentioned in challan but reason (For what) they didn't mentioned in challan.
First of all if i broke any traffic rule they have to me mentioned this into challan.
But this is not mentioned in challan.
Second there are many traffic police man in noida they can be stop anywhere if i was wrong but they didn't do this at that time.
Now please tell me how & what i will understand that i break the rule.

Kindly help me out.
