I fail to understand the reason for the challan. I was driving within speed limits, following the traffic signals and also have a valid PUC.

This is regarding challan of my scooty at Noida location.

I belongs to Bareilly and never visited Noida with scooty. The date is also of July when there was lockdown in UP.

The image attached in the cahllan is also not showing scooty and any offence.
