Dear Sir, Madam. I received a mail from your department today that a challan agaist my Car 22BH4711A dated 19.11.2022 at 1.15.30 is pending and the same has been sent to court today I. e. 8.5.2023.I regret the inconvenience caused due to Parking in the parking area allotted and managed by Sep by Step School where on that day a school function was organized. I am ceased in the matter as to how the challan was issued as more than 60 vehicle were parked I suppose. However, being a law abiding citizens, I request your good selves to Kindly revert the Challan in Site to enable me to pay immediately to avoid appearing in court. Kindly do the needful urgently.
