With reference to Challan number :UP[protected]
Date of incident : 19/09/2022
There was chalan issued to my name on 19/09/2022, which says driving two wheeler without helmet and the image captured on challan shows white activa and I own a grey activa and i have not even used my two wheeler on that day.
