I have sent courier to Phagwara - Punjab on 08th April 2015, AWB Number [protected]. They have charged Rs 150 for this courier for which other competitive courier companies charge only Rs 110. It was a gift to one of my friend and was containing artificial but precious jwellery amounting Rs 2000. The last status of the courier says out for delivery which is never delivered from 11th April 2015. I have made several calls and visits to their office but the staff is very rude and are hardly bothered about resolving this issue.
