Its shame for Sagar Ratna that one of their outlets in Raipur, Chhattisgarh does not put on the AC's even in 40 degree temperature. It was a Sunday Afternoon, felt like having south Indian food.. Went with my family to Sagar Ratna Telibandha Branch at Raipur, Chhattisgarh. It was shocking.. After entering the restaurant we really felt like Oven, because the kitchen is inside the restaurant with the glass wall. They have installed pedestal fans near every table..
On asking the manager he says cost cutting ..Pathetic.
