Sahakar Global Ltd. — Fastag working still charged double toll tax in cash

I was charged double the one side tax in cash although my fastag is ok & balance is enough.
One side tax (Rs. 52) deducted on third time crossing of toll, charged double.
But in 24 hrs, only Rs.39 to be charged, as per daily pass.

Please resolve with penalty.
