Sail — not allowed to cancel the asus zenfone 5 back cover order no 1955016

I had placed the order of above item on 17.10.2019 at about 10. Pm. On 18.10.2019 at 10.00 am i requested to cancel the order but m/s maxbhi.com replied that the order will not be cancelled. They are also refusing to swap the ordered item with other need based item. This company it trying for push out their product forcibly.
Kindly intervene to arrange for refund.
