Salemall Epay Kerala — Fradulent transaction on sbi credit card

On[protected] i have received a call from [protected] which said, it is from sbi credit card department and fradulently took my credit card credentials (i.E) otp and cvv number. They made a transaction of rs.7888 against salemall_epay kerala. The other mobile number which was used to send message is [protected]. Can you please cancel the transaction as it is a fradulent one and i have not made any transaction on that day through my sbi credit card. Please reward the amount to my credit card account. You can contact me by mobile number [protected]. You are also requested to provide me the shipping address of the receipent. On 5-01-16 i have received a call from [protected] by name harish. Harish has promised about the cancellation of transaction and refunding the amount within 4 days to my sbi credit card account. So far i have not received any refund. Kindly look into the matter.
