On 24/12/2015 i got a call form [protected] and they told me that they are from SBI credit card department.They told me that according to the RBI guidelines, we are issuing new credit cards to the customers with some new features on the card.They told me all the details about my credit card including my last payment details. I didn't think that third party will be knowing about those details that i have done on www.onlinesbi.com. They asked me to redeem my 7888 reward points to issue my new card. They made a transaction and asked me the CVV and OTP. I told them the details thinking that the call is really from SBI.But till now i didn't receive any information but the amount is debited from my account.When i'm calling them they are not answering properly.
