I have invested in samruddha jeevan multi state multi purpose co-operative society. I have got to know there is a scam going on and i am worried about that i will loose all of my money. I have invested around 6 lakhs and i don't want to lose all my hard earned money. Please let me what i should do to get my money any legal advice would be highly appreciated.

I had made payments of total rs. 23200 from 2014 till 2016 against receipt no.[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected]. Matured value is rs. 29000. I have still not received the amount which was supposed to come in 2016. Please help me to receive the amount as i am a senior citizen and i have been deceived by people to invest for such things....

I mr. Apoline barboza had invested total 3, 00, 000 as a fixed deposit 3 years back and the maturity was in the month of november 2016 we had invested the amount for 15months. Our investment is done in 3 names.

December 2013 samruddha jeevan multi stat multi purpose has collected 500Rupees montly till september 2017 .Suddenly their office located in A.B sheety circle, Hampankata, Mangalore-575001 has been closed without any intimation to customers. And their mobile numbers of all representative is switch off. They have duped huge amount from many customers. we have seen many customers seeking assistance to get back their collected money....

I want to withdraw my money invested in policy registration no[protected].

Visited your branch no @ 117, there is no office existing any more, no calls are answered on the contact no's given for contact. There is no message or information provided about the office or contact details.

Its an emergency, kindly consider it on priority.

I did a fd on 28/08/2015 for 50, 000/-
I was assured of payment in 2016.
Till dt not recd principal amount.
Cheque was issued on 27/08/16 which got bounced.
Receipt no of fd-198109-rs 20, 000/-
Receipt no of fd-198135-rs 30, 000/-
Kindly let me know a way out to get this amount back.
Its 3 years now.

On 29th jan 2016, i had taken their product "schedule for livestock purchase (Multiple inst.) tenure of 60 months or 5 year and deposited 12 installments of rs. 1, 000/- each i. E. Rs. 12, 000/-. All receipts are lying with me.
