Hello Team,
I have taken an Iphone 7 on Oct 12, 2016 from your Himayathnagar store and it turned out to be defective. I gave it for replacement but there is no proper response from your store managers.
I believe being a branded store like this, minimum customer courtesy is needed to address the issue.
Please consider this an escalation on the store managers. I would like my money back or get a new phone Was this information helpful? |
