Purchased mobile on 28 mar 2015 in mall of mysore indiranagar extension mysore. From day one mobile is having mic problem and also urs employee are not having proper information of products. They are thinking only how much profit will get in which product and they don't want customer satisfaction.in sony service centre also they are not telling clearly..
