[Resolved]  Sangeetha Mobiles — Mis selling mobile phones

This is confirm you that i have purchased a samsung e7 mobile worth of 19788 from your store on 05/06/2015 with the offer of paytm 600/- & reliance postpaid dongle free within 48 hours of the purchased date. But i have not got both the offer as of now and i have visited more than 5 times to the store the store manager is not able to give me the solutions for that. The behaviour with the client is also not acceptable and i have been cheated by mr. Ravi-[protected] (Store manager) completely. I want a strong action against him he should be terminated from the company or else i will raise a complaint against him in consumer court.

We wish to inform that Paytm cash of ₹200/- will be credited to your account after 15 days from the date of purchase. And remaining amount ₹200 each will be credited on the same date for next 2 months. Kindly install and log in to Paytm app within 7 days from the date of purchase. Regarding the reliance dongle we have escalated the same to concerned team for swift support. Appreciate your patience in the interim and assure you of our best services always. I have not any kind of solutions till now. Mr. Lokesh from Lokesh HK Support Team Sangeetha Mobiles Pvt Ltd is really a irresponsible person. He has sent a mail saying that

"We have escalated the issue to concerned department for swift support. Due to some technical glitches Paytm amount is not credited to your registered account, our concerned team is working on the same and will be rectified at the earliest"

on 8th July after providing the details from myend But till now I have not any amount and any solutions for my compliant. Please confirm what needs to be done...
