[Resolved] Sangeetha Mobiles — Mobile insurance...2 months...1000 calls & 100 mails... No solution!!

I had submitted by mobile for screen damage repair on november 14 - 2014. The onsite team picked up the phone and i mailed the necessary documents to the insurance company too. Now after keeping the mobile for almost 2 months they said that they are returning my mobile without repairs and asked me to directly call[protected] and provide my imei number.
If the process had changed long ago for submitting mobiles, why did they keep my mobile with them for nearly 2 months!! This is highly unprofessional. Now when i call the number given by them, nobody picks up the calls. I keep travelling a lot and cannot keep running to people in bangalore. I want an explanation and solution for my problem. I had raised the same concerns with them 2 days ago and have not received any response.
Meanwhile sangeetha mobiles executive has asked onsite to respond and they gave a wonderful response..."we have closed your case". Now neither sangeetha, nor onsite, nor uib pick up calls nor respond to mails. I will wait for one more day and would take a legal action. This is a joke with customers.
