We have been placed order for Samsung Galaxy A2 core on 7th June 2020.It has been 12 days now we have keep on tried customer service multiple times but no response provided.We placed this order for an urgency and 12 days is really frustrating. We would need a mobile immediately as we already paid for the mobile. No proper response from customer service team.
Kindly prioritize and deliver the mobile ASAP as we do not need delay further. If you are going to delay it please do refund the amount
It's already 12 days from the date of purchase. We have contacted blue dart courier service with reference which provided by you 3 days back they were confirming that only pickup has been registered and no drop location provided yet until yesterday . And also they are confirmed that in this lock down situation they cannot give assurance for delivery ..We have ordered on 7th June but you have registered for pick up just 3 days before.. Why that much delay and why are you showing wrong information in your site . Today status showing as pickup was cancelled by shipper and again we contacted bluedart they said sangeetha mobiles cancelled the pickup.. From tomorrow lockdown is going to start in chennai.. Then whom will be responsible for this order? We have already paid the amount and the cancellation charges is 5 percent .Why do we want to pay for your mistake?
I want to talk with an higher official and the agent Sathish has given confirmation but no call from their end as he is an irresponsible agent giving false commitment.
I would need my order immediately, else refund my full amount. I would never pay cancellation charges for your irresponsible mistakes.
For a single mobile order it's already 12 days and now also no proper solution and confirmation. But in your site providing wrong information as within 2 hours delivery.
Too much annoyed
