Hello sangeetha mobiles I parameswaran from chennai, india purchased sony c5 ultra duos from ambattur branch 2015 sep. Within few months my mobile got damaged and i applied for insurance claim and completed all my formalities through online claim website but the staffs in ambattur are not aware what to do next can u please see through this?
