I have placed an order with Sangeetha Mobile App. Initially it was showing your order was placed and then showing as failed. Amount got debited from account and got the correct payment id. When i asked them to check my Payment ID in my screen shot and they are checking some other Payment ID then saying amount not credited. I am keep on calling customer care and they are not responding at all. Not even check my Payment ID which i provided in the email. They are cheating customer from Online payment.
I have paid Rs 80599. They received the payment in other payment id and cheating. I have provided payment ID and they not even check that.
I am going to file complain with commissioner office regarding the Fraudulent in Online.
Be careful with purchase of sangeetha mobiles
