Sangeetha Mobiles — regarding 3000 cashback offer and making customers fools

I have purchased redmi 7 pro mobile in your store because your store people told me that if you purchase here you will get 3000 rupees cashback in that cash anything you can purchase from our store and also that 3000 amount will be credit in 5 to 6 days and also they have told something something and they washed my brain nicely after that i have purchased redmi 7 pro mobile, after 10 days (today)again I visited your store your store people's behaved like (I didn't purchased any phone and snageetha store not offered any offer like 3000 cash back offer etc) and even store people not having proper information about what offer they are providing how that offer will work, so please suggest further action plan and how I can get my 3000 cashback and store people also told that you can use 3000 rupees of voucher at time, you can purchase any thing not only mobile any thing from our store we will reduce that 3000 amount on your purchase now they are completely changing their words for one purchase you will get 500 rupees so total 6 purchases you will recovery your 3000 rupees, so what the [censored] you people are doing this is not a proper way to do the business, who will buy 6 mobiles in a year think logically and provide offers as per logic, I have already paid 2000 rupees extra for single phone, if I buy 6 phones for recovering 3000 rupees voucher how much extra amount I have to pay, really this is very bad, I want justice if not really I will raise a complaint against sangeetha for making customers fools

I have purchase redmi 7 pro (i paid 15999 rupees actual cost is 14000 only) in Ekkatuthangal chennai (TN) sangeetha brach so please look into it and resolve the issue as soon as possible if not you will be facing constraints
