I purchased sony xperia z1, sangeetha mobiles hyderabad. Unfortunately the mobile got bend after slipping from my hand. I handed over to onsite care which was arranged by sangeetha two months ago, they said it needs to claimed by insurance company, there the struggles started for me. I have been calling, onsite care, sangeetha and insurance company regarding my mobile, all are throughing the issue on each other. Finally i wrote an email to [protected]@sangeethamobiles.com and explained the issue, they just forwarded that email to onsite care. There is no response from any of them till now, i sent many reminders on my email to [protected]@sangeethamobiles.com, they did not even reply to my email.

It's been almost more than 2 months since i gave my mobile to them, still there is no clarity on the issue. They are not at all serious on customer problems, they just want to sell the mobiles Was this information helpful? |
