Santhosh — SBI-IRCTC railway card - unable to utilize the reward points

Iam using SBI-IRCTC card for nearly one year, i have nearly 2000 pts to redeem as i come to know that it can be redeemed only through IRCTC-Shubh yatra user name & password, Iam folowwing for last two months for the same but no response and till now i didint get the same. If there is no service then for wat the hell sake you introduce such cards.
